When will my order arrive?
Our processing time for getting your order packed is 1-3 days. The UK delivery time is then a further 2-3 days.
Unfortunately in some circumstances, delivery times may be exceeded by Royal Mail. Once your order has left Charlie & Chums warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any delays as it is out of our control.
Please allow 7 working days before contacting us if you have not received your parcel. We will happily look in to this for you.
Can I return my order?
Yes, if the product is in NEW condition and within 14 days of your delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date or the product is not in new condition, unfortunately you cannot return any items.
