Harness care tips:

• Soak in warm water before washing.
• Machine wash on a delicate cycle at 20°C (cold wash).
• Use mild soap and avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
• Air dry thoroughly — do not tumble dry.

Bow Ties, Collars, Poo Bag Holder & Leads care tips:

• Hand wash only using mild soap and cool water.
• Gently scrub any dirt or stains.
• Rinse thoroughly and air dry completely.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.  

When will my order arrive?

Our processing time for getting your order packed is 1-3 days. The UK delivery time is then a further 2-3 days.

Unfortunately in some circumstances, delivery times may be exceeded by Royal Mail. Once your order has left Charlie & Chums warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any delays as it is out of our control.

Please allow 7 working days before contacting us if you have not received your parcel. We will happily look in to this for you.

Can I return my order?

Yes, if the product is in NEW condition and within 14 days of your delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date or the product is not in new condition, unfortunately you cannot return any items.  

No accessory is indestructible. Please check your dogs accessories regularly for wear and tear. It is the customers responsibility to determine whether the product is suitable for their pet before each use.
